Christmas LOVE!

I LOVE Christmas time. It is my absolute most favorite time of the year! I've been so caught up in the drama of this awful nursing semester that I let the holidays slip up on me. I got a small break from school this past week and went home for Thanksgiving and it was so great to remember that there are so many more important things in life than school. I thought I'd share a little with ya'll about my wekend.

 My sister loves to paint nails, and I just love to let her practice on me :)
And she is uuber talented, look at the thanksgiving nails she painted on her nails!! so freaking awesome right?

 And then I got to see this angel. :) Baby D is the light of my life. She will be spending a whole week with us, I'll be going to get her tomorrow and I just can't wait. :)

 Then my sister and I went to see my Dad and DJ over at Clover Cottage and I learned that my dad is a rater talented crocheter! <--is that a word? Anyways, we had some amazing potato soup that Danielle made and some great family time. <3
Then back home to the Midlands it was. We put up our decorations this weekend. Most of it went swimmingly.

 This is my step-dad stuck up under the tree trying to get it moved back into the corner.

 And this is my precious fur baby in awe of the Christmas tree. <3

 While trying to move the tree back it got sideways, so he crawled up under it to fix it. It was a good 15 min fiasco.

 When it was all over my fur baby enjoyed some time with his Aunt(she recently moved out, he missed her)

And tonight while watching lifetime Christmas movies and enjoying our decorations we lit a fire and it was so perfect.
Again I absolutely love Christmas time!! I hope everyone is enjoying the season. What did you do this weekend?
